7 ways to glow in spring

Healthy tips on how you can find your inner lustre and glow from the inside out.

Warmer weather and changes in season can often inspire change for the better, encouraging you to take stock of your habits and adjust your routine. Audrey has 7 simple ways to transform your lifestyle and help you glow in spring.

1. Drink water
The first rule of creating and maintaining a healthy glow is drinking lots of water. For ideal hydration, we need to drink between 2.1 to 2.6 litres per day. How much each individual needs to stay hydrated depends on their weight, body type, metabolism, diet, and the weather. Keep water handy in environmentally friendly reusable bottles and if you like a little flavour, you can infuse your water with fruits like berries, limes and lemons.

2. Bask in sunlight
Spending healthy time in sunlight is wonderful for boosting your happiness. Remember to check the UV Index each day for the ideal time for your Vitamin D dose. Any time the UV rating is above a 3, you should use skin protection and limit your exposure.

3. A green glow
Spring is the season of growth and greenery – what better way to inspire personal growth and change than to bring the outdoors into your home? Visit your local nursery; if you’re a green-thumb beginner, they’ll be able to advise which are great starter plants and which are suitable for your particular home.

4. Healthy movement
